Aura: New Year's Eve Celebration

Why not ring in New Year’s Eve at Aura, enjoying a Four Course Prix-Fixe Holiday Menu prepared by Chef Rachel Klein. I had an excellent experience at Aura so suspect the food will be quite food for this special menu.

Prix-Fixe Menu

First Course: Potato-Leek Soup (Yukon potato, baby leeks, smoked shrimp, Chinese sausage)

Second Course: Georges Bank Scallop (Cauliflower puree, cipollini onion, black truffle sauce, red veined sorrel, golden caviar)

Third Course: Moulard Duck Breast (Cranberry & pear crisp, mustard greens, spiced caramel)

Dessert Course: Trio of Desserts
---Dark Chocolate Cream (Grand cru chocolate sauce & pretzel streusel)
---New York Cheesecake (Passion fruit)
---Vanilla Crème Brulee (Caramelized organic cane sugar)

Cost: 4 course prix-fixe menu with wines, $125 plus tax & service
4 course prix-fixe menu without wines, $95 plus tax & service
